Right now, we're looking for Junior Quality Assurance to join our growing team and develop projects for key clients.


B2B: 4,000 - 7,000 PLN (+ VAT) net or equivalent on job contract (Umowa Zlecenie)

20 paid days off


Kraków - when onboarding is complete, remote/hybride work is possible too.

We'd expect you to have:

  • At least half of a year of commercial experience in software Testing,

  • Working experience in creating and conducting testing processes,

  • Experience in creating user documentation,

  • Knowledge of testing principles, test techniques, and test methodologies,

  • Collaboration with developers, PM, customer representatives during the project

  • Great command of written and spoken English (C1 and above) and proficiency in Polish,

  • Great communication skills enabling you to build relationships with the team,

  • Great self-organization and time management skills. Proactive personality,

  • You are precise, analytical, and patient,

What your work would look like:

  • Performing: integration, regression, acceptance tests,

  • Help the development team reproduce a bug,

  • Retests of fixed bug/task,

  • Creation and maintenance of QA documentation,

  • Analyze design mood boards, implement and execute test cases based on them,

Nice to have:

  • Experience in API testing - Postman

  • Knowledge of automation test frameworks - Selenium

  • ISTQB Foundation level

  • Knowledge of Clubhouse/Shortcut/Jira

What does the hiring process look like:

If all goes well, we'll invite you for a 60-min intro video call with Kasia (CEO) and Wojtek (Business Analytics) to talk about mutual expectations and answer your questions about the company. After our initial video call, based on the outcome we will invite you to our office in Kraków to participate in 45 minutes practical exercise. If everything goes well, you'll be invited for a ~2,5h interview with our team when we'd love to learn more about your experience as well as give you space to show your capabilities!
