Upside is looking for a person who knows that IT Recruitment is not just about filling out openings, but rather finding and attracting candidates who can truly grow in the organization and be a part of its success. We are looking for a passionate, a person who enjoys being a part of the technology industry and (of course) who likes working with people.

We are a software development company working with Clients such as University of Toronto, Framebridge, Artemest and Mineski Global. Next to our Client-facing work, our team is heavily-invested in the Open Source community. We run Upside focusing on knowledge, autonomy and great collaboration - with our Clients and internally.

Job requirements

→ Expertise in managing end-to-end recruitment processes.

→ Experience in direct sourcing and engaging talented individuals in the processes.

→ In-depth comprehension of business requirements and the capability to translate them into effective recruitment strategies.

→ Great communication skills enabling you to build relationships with the candidates and the team.

→ Highly level of organization, allowing you to response and adapt to the changing needs and priorities.

→ Great command of written and spoken English (C1 and above) and Polish (C2 or native).


It's also good if you have:

→ Experience in working in IT/technology company or basic understanding of software development processes.

Education background in the field of human resource management, psychology, business or related. 

→ Familiarity with marketing tools and social-media channels to help you attract top talent.


What would your responsibilities be:

→ You'll be responsible for selecting and recruiting candidates with the greatest cultural and technological fit for Upside.

→ Building and improving Candidates Experience across multiple touchpoint.

 Executing end-to-end hiring processes, including conducting meetings with candidates together with the Hiring Team.

→ Being engaged in Employer Branding activities.

→ Representing the company by attending IT events and meetups to build brand awareness and reach to new candidates.

→ Working closely with Hiring Team on developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies.

Compensation & location:

Salary:
B2B: 7 500 - 8 500 net PLN + VAT (or equivalent on UZ)

Including paid days off

Location:

In this role, office in Kraków will be your default location, however we are open to remote work when needed. No fully remote work possible.
