Role overview:

We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a consulting environment and enjoys orchestrating the delivery of complex software projects in close partnership with ambitious clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicates confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, and brings clarity and momentum to fast-moving, cross-functional teams. Salary:

Mid: 11 000 - 14 000 PLN net (B2B)

Senior: 14 000 - 18 000 PLN net (B2B)

Location:

In this role, an office in Kraków will be your default location, however we are open to remote work when needed. No fully remote position possible.

• At least 2 years of experience working with software teams and business stakeholders.

• Strong sense of ownership and a problem-solving mindset.

• Solid understanding of software development processes and Agile methodologies.

• Familiarity with tools and practices like Scrum, CI/CD, and iterative delivery.

• Skilled in team collaboration and client-facing communication.

• Fluency in English (C1+) and Polish (native or C2 level)

• Own project scope, budget, and delivery timelines.

• Support team autonomy, focus, and growth.

• Identify and remove blockers, improve processes.

• Bridge communication between clients and teams.

• Foster a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.
