Job description
At Upside, we’re not just shipping features - we’re partnering with ambitious companies across the globe to solve complex, meaningful problems through Applied AI. We work in small, focused teams, combining engineering, product thinking, and design, to deliver outcomes, not just output.
Role overview:
We’re looking for a Project Manager who thrives in a consulting environment and enjoys orchestrating the delivery of complex software projects in close partnership with ambitious clients. This role is ideal for someone who combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, communicates confidently with both technical and business stakeholders, and brings clarity and momentum to fast-moving, cross-functional teams. If you’re passionate about leading impactful work, aligning people around shared goals, and enabling excellent outcomes—this role is for you.
This role is for you if:
You understand Agile as more than a framework—it's a mindset. You know how to adapt it to different contexts, balancing structure with flexibility.
You’re confident in managing scopes, budgets, and timelines while staying outcome-focused, not just task-driven.
You believe that successful delivery is a team sport
This role is not for you if:
You expect to apply Agile or Scrum by the book. We believe in tailoring our approach to each project’s realities, and flexibility is essential.
You prefer clearly defined, repetitive workflows over dynamic environments that require proactive thinking, decision-making, and self-leadership.
Salary:
Mid: 11 000 - 14 000 PLN net (B2B)
Senior: 14 000 - 18 000 PLN net (B2B)
Location:
In this role, an office in Kraków will be your default location, however we are open to remote work when needed. No fully remote position possible.
