Senior Frontend Engineer (React/Vue)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to drive the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality platforms for our global clients. In this role, you will be a key contributor to our client-facing solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability. You’ll collaborate within a dynamic team of 3 to 9 developers, working together to crafting scalable and resilient systems.

→ At least 4 years of commercial experience in building web-based application.

→ Experience in Upside's core technology stack (Typescript/HTML/CSS), and in-depth knowledge of at least one framework (React or Vue).
→ Engineering mindset and/or a degree in Computer Science.
→ Great command of written and spoken English, proficiency in Polish

Relevant technology skills:

→ Fluency in implementing modern frontend technology stack.

→ Experience with Next.js or other SSR frameworks.

→ Experience with GraphQL.

→ Solid FP/OOP skills.

→ Experience in advanced web animations (e.g. framer-motion, GSAP, Rive/Lottie) is nice to have

→ Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery.

→ Experience in advanced web technologies such as WebGL, WebSockets, WebAssembly, web workers, and PWA is nice to have

Relevant collaboration skills:

→ Strong communication skills enabling candidates to concisely share knowledge with teammates and effectively discuss solutions with clients.

→ Deep understanding of end-to-end software development cycle.

→ Experience in working in Agile methodologies.

Salary:

Senior Engineer: 20 800 - 25 900 PLN net + VAT
Lead Engineer: >25 900 PLN net + VAT

Including additional days off

Office in Kraków, hybrid, fully-remote.
